ARD-Builder Specialties does not require large quantity orders; we will deliver to individual apartments as you need them. ARD-Builder Specialties uses only trained employees (not a contract labor company) on our trucks with 2 men and a lift gate. The same men deliver to your communities regularly and they call 30 minutes prior to arrival.

FREE Uncrate & Set in Place
Our employees are trained for working with your apartment maintenance staff and residents. They do this every day and we have been successfully providing this service since 1985.

FREE Haul Away of Trash
ARD-Builder Specialties removes the packing materials from our trucks. We DO NOT fill your dumpster with this bulky material.

FREE Change of Door Swing
When we go to make a delivery we sometimes discover that an error was made on specifying the door swing. All our teams are trained on making this change and we always have the proper tools available for the work.
